Bathroom Remodeling
across Central Indiana.
Bathrooms get the heaviest daily wear in the house — and the smallest tolerances. We rebuild bathrooms from the slab and waterproofing up, with finish work that holds up to twenty years of real use.
How we approach bathroom remodeling.
Every bathroom remodeling project we run follows the same proven process — from the first conversation through the final walk-through. Here's what's actually involved.
- 01
Primary suite bathrooms
Full primary bath renovations — separated water closet, double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub when it makes sense.
- 02
Guest & secondary baths
Tightly scoped bath remodels that hit the budget without cutting corners on waterproofing or finish.
- 03
Walk-in & curbless showers
Properly waterproofed shower pans, linear drains, full slab and bench tile — no future leaks.
- 04
Custom vanities & tile
Custom vanities sized to fit, with tile work installed by craftspeople, not subbed out to whoever is cheapest.
- 05
Layout & wall removal
Reconfiguring tight bathroom layouts, often by stealing closet space or pushing into adjacent rooms.
- 06
Plumbing & ventilation
New supply, drain, and ventilation routed cleanly — done once so the room stays dry for the next twenty years.

Bathroom Remodeling FAQs.
How much does a bathroom remodel cost?
Most full bathroom remodels in Central Indiana run $25,000–$80,000+, depending on whether you're updating finishes, reconfiguring the layout, or doing a full primary suite. Walk-in showers, custom vanities, and moving plumbing all add cost — but each one we'd rather over-spec than under-build.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A standard full bathroom remodel runs 4–8 weeks on-site, depending on tile complexity and whether plumbing or walls move. Custom vanity lead times can be the slowest piece — we order early so they show up at the right point in the schedule.
What about waterproofing — how do we know it's done right?
We use full waterproofing systems (Schluter, Wedi, or equivalent) on every wet area, and we test pans before tile goes down. Bathrooms are the room that costs the most to fix later, so we over-spec the parts you can't see.
Do you handle design and selections?
Yes — for most bathroom remodels we drive design and selections in-house. For larger primary suite renovations or unusual layouts, we'll bring in a designer when it'll genuinely save the project rework.
