Kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations done with true craftsmanship. We protect the parts you love and rebuild the parts that aren't working — cleanly, on schedule, and with honest expectations.
How we approach home remodeling.
Every home remodeling project we run follows the same proven process — from the first conversation through the final walk-through. Here's what's actually involved.
- 01
Whole-home renovations
Down-to-the-studs renovations that update mechanicals, layout, and finishes while keeping the home's original character.
- 02
Kitchen + great-room remodels
The most-used room in the house, opened up and rebuilt to support how your family actually lives.
- 03
Primary suite renovations
Reworked closets, bathrooms, and bedroom layouts that turn a tired primary into the room you want to be in.
- 04
Historic-home renovations
Careful work in older Central Indiana homes — we preserve original millwork, plaster, and floors where it matters.
- 05
Layout & wall removal
Load-bearing walls, structural openings, and full layout reconfigurations — handled with engineering, not guesswork.
- 06
Mechanical updates
New HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tied into the renovation — done once, done right, hidden behind the finishes.

Home Remodeling FAQs.
How much does a whole-home remodel cost?
Whole-home renovations in Central Indiana typically run $150–$350 per square foot, depending on how deep the work goes — paint and finishes vs. studs and mechanicals. We give you a detailed budget after walking the home so the number reflects your actual project.
Can we stay in the home during a renovation?
Sometimes — for kitchen-only or single-floor remodels, we zone and dust-protect the work. For whole-home renovations, most clients move out for the heaviest 2–4 months. We'll be honest with you about what's actually livable.
How long does a remodel take?
Focused remodels (a kitchen, a primary suite, a single bathroom) usually wrap in 2–4 months. Whole-home renovations typically run 6–10 months once permits are in, depending on scope and selection lead times.
Do you handle design and selections?
We work with designers and architects we trust, or alongside one you've already hired. For straightforward remodels we can guide selections in-house. For larger renovations a designer pays for themselves in fewer reworks down the line.
